Studio Amalfi conducted a photoshoot and interview with Sofia Fanego, an artist, landscaper, and model, for The Great Edition’s brand journal.
Capturing her in the most intimate and comfortable spaces—her studio, bedroom, and garden—we documented her effortlessly wearing pieces from The Great Edition’s FW collection. With a natural and immersive perspective, we also highlighted her creative process, featuring her collages and drawings made with natural elements.

Q Where do you get inspiration for your work?
In everything that surrounds me, mainly nature, the garden, each unique and mysterious flower, the river that runs through, the forest behind the house, the old trees that speak...
Q What does nature mean to you?
Breathing…
Q What is your favorite part in your house?
My atelier is my space, my corner, my secret garden
Q What’s your daily fashion style?
Comfy, fresh, natural textures; silk and cotton in summer, cashmere and wool in winter
Q What is your daily routine?
Early morning stretch/yoga; working in the flower and vegetable garden; cook for my family something i get from the soil; working in my atelier in landscaping project or collages; spend time with my 2 children Amos and Gala; have a walk in the forest; have delicious dinner by my husband after a bath with my babies; time to relax and read … grateful !
